Position Summary:

Within Customer Support and Services Directorate, Airbus Helicopters Connected Services develops and deploys digital solutions to optimize profitability and mission performance.

As a Project Management Intern, you will participate to the deployment of such solutions within AH Inc. that will allow cross functional teams to digitize shared processes involving Flight Operations, Maintenance and Quality Assurance teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Reporting: 60%

  • Lead project planning sessions, manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure project meets deadlines and design risk mitigation plan accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain necessary documentation such as (but not limited to) project plan, user documentation and training material.
  • Coordinate with Product Owner any issues and/or discrepancies pertaining to the product.

2. Internal Customer Interface: 40%

  • Coordinate staff and internal resources.
  • Manage relationship with internal Customers.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:



  • High School Diploma with GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Current college student majoring in business, education, and/or media program of study                                            


  • College credits in accredited business, education, and/or media program of study



  • Must be able to demonstrate project management experience

  • Good computer skills

  • Project management skills (Agile and Scrum methodology)
